Patrick Naessens (“Pat”) joined the firm in 2022 as a Trust and Estate Paralegal.
Pat is a graduate of La Salle University, received his Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law and his LL.M in taxation from Temple University Beasley School of Law. Pat has extensive experience in estate and trust administration and worked for a period of time as a clerk in the Montgomery County Register of Wills office.
His responsibilities include communication with the client and the attorney throughout the entire estate administration process. These responsibilities include preparing the necessary documentation to open an estate, writing to financial institutions to obtain information about a decedent’s assets and debts, keeping accurate records to prepare Inheritance tax, Estate tax, personal and fiduciary income tax returns. In addition, he prepares Accounts for both Estates and Trusts along with accompanying agreements to finalize the administrations.
