Commercial and Civil Litigation Law
Employing deep litigation experience to stand strong for our clients

The attorneys of Timoney Knox’s Litigation Group will work with you throughout your case to ensure that we effectively advocate for your interests. We will serve you in our role as counselors at law before, during, and after litigation.

Communication is key. Complex business, family, commercial, and real estate disputes require that the attorney and the client regularly exchange information and analyze issues in real time. At each step of the litigation process, we keep you fully informed as we discuss your legal options and strategies to move your case forward.

We understand the value of litigating your matter with integrity and with a commitment to reaching a satisfying conclusion. We also understand the expense of litigation and will work with you on appropriate and cost-effective ways to achieve your goals.

Our litigation experience has taken us to state and federal courtrooms across the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and beyond. No matter the occasion or the methods of dispute resolution involved–in a legal filing, a courtroom, an appeals court, a negotiation with opposing counsel, or in arbitration or mediation–we will stand with you, think creatively about how best to advance your interests, and advocate strongly for your legal position.

Our goal is to prevail, and to prevail on your terms.

“Mr. Smith is an excellent attorney. His work ethic is excellent. I recommend Mr. Smith with high confidence in his ability to complete any legal task.”
