Bio
Matt joined Timoney Knox is 2024. His practice focuses on commercial litigation, real estate litigation and the prosecution and resolution of business disputes. Matt is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and the Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania.
Matt comes to the firm with experience in complex commercial and business litigation involving contract disputes, planned communities, the appointment of receivers, fraudulent transfers, failed real estate deals and confessed judgments.
Matt earned his Juris Doctorate in 2021 from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, where he served on the executive committed of the Villanova Intellectual Property Society. He has a B.A. in Political Science from Colgate University.
In his spare time, Matt enjoys cooking Italian food and fly fishing.
