Keith T. Vernon practices law in Washington, D.C. and oversees the Firm’s Washington, D.C. office. Keith is a skilled and talented litigator and advisor with over 25 years’ experience. He has successfully guided and represented individuals, businesses, government entities, trade associations and faith-based organizations in class action matters, consumer rights, business advisory matters and corporate social responsibility (“CSR”) stakeholder engagements and strategy.
A 1996 Juris Doctor graduate of Loyola University School of Law, Keith has received the highest rating, AV Rated, by Martindale-Hubbell and is listed in the Martindale-Hubbell Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers Manual from 2009 to the present.
Keith has litigated many class action cases leading to significant victories for consumers including his work against “Big Tobacco [cigarette litigation]” leading to the largest settlement in the history of our country.
Keith is a member of the District of Columbia Bar Association and served on the American Bar Association Stakeholder Engagement Sub-Section.
When he is not practicing law, Keith remains active in the community. He has served on multiple Boards including as Past-President of The Friends of the Light House Shelter as well as current Board Member at Rise and Shine Bakery – a workforce development training and employment program for individuals with employment barriers.
