Bio

Daniel Hong joined Timoney Knox in 2024 as an Associate Attorney in its Business, Corporate and Tax Law practice group.  Daniel focuses his practice on transactional matters from tax, real estate, business and nonprofit matters as well as the formation of various business types specific to a client’s needs.

In his previous firm, Daniel handled matters involving immigration, business, tax and real estate law. Prior to attending law school, Daniel was a member of the U.S. Army National Guard in New York, Virginia and Pennsylvania.

Daniel graduated from Liberty University School of Law where he was unanimously voted by the faculty as Law Student of the Year, was a recipient of the Faculty Award and the Cali award in Jurisprudence.  He also worked as a legal research assistant aiding in research and publications, most notably, at The Federalist. He is currently working on attaining a Masters of Laws (LLM) in Taxation at Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law.
