TIMONEY KNOX, LLP is pleased to announce the opening of a Washington, D.C. office. We are also pleased to announce that KEITH T. VERNON, ESQUIRE has joined the firm as a Partner and will be overseeing the operations of our Washington, D.C. office.
Mr. Vernon’s substantial class action litigation experience and corporate social responsibility dialogues have afforded him the privilege of advocating for the rights of individuals who have been impacted by deceptive business practices, corporate public health failures, human rights violations and environmental damages. His practice focuses on consumer class action litigation.
A 1996 Juris Doctor graduate of Loyola University School of Law, Mr. Vernon is AV Rated by Martindale-Hubbell and has been listed in the Martindale-Hubbell Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers Manual from 2009 to the present. Mr. Vernon was raised in Cheltenham, Pennsylvania and is a graduate of Saint Joseph’s University. Mr. Vernon is a member of the District of Columbia Bar Association and provides leadership guidance to the American Bar Association’s Committee on corporate social responsibility, and he is a published author for practitioner guidance materials in that field.
When he is not practicing law, Mr. Vernon remains active in the community. He has served on multiple Boards, including as Past-President of The Friends of the Light House Shelter in Annapolis, Maryland.
