Timoney Knox, LLP Contributes to Upper Dublin Public Library
The Upper Dublin Public Library moved closer to furthering its mission in a new and expanded facility thanks to a $5,000 contribution from Fort Washington-based Timoney Knox, LLP.
The recent donation was made to The Friends of Upper Dublin Public Library, the nonprofit entity tasked with supporting the library’s fundraising.
The law firm’s contribution will support the library’s About Us. About Our Future Capital Campaign. The law firm’s financial assistance will help the library further its mission of “connecting people and ideas, to educate, inspire and strengthen the Upper Dublin community.”
Timoney Knox Managing Partner Scott Wolpert said, “We appreciate the opportunity to support the library in its effort to make a difference in our community.”
Since its founding in 1921, Timoney Knox, LLP and its team of dedicated attorneys has remained committed to supporting the people, various organizations, and institutions in the greater Philadelphia communities it serves. The law firm selected Marcus Tullius Cicero’s famous quote, “The good of the people is the greatest law,” to be placed in the Young Adult Section of the new library to help inspire youth in the community. Timoney Knox attorneys and staff members stay involved as volunteers, officers, board members, mentors, and coaches in a wide range of charitable, educational, legal, and civic organizations.
