TIMONEY KNOX: COVID-19 UPDATE
March 16, 2020
Friends and Clients of Timoney Knox:
Timoney Knox has implemented measures to ensure that we continuously provide exemplary legal services to our clients, while at all times maintaining the health and safety of our employees and clients.
Over the past two weeks, while we have not been directly affected by COVID-19, we have taken aggressive steps in addressing this situation, including:
- Requiring employees who exhibit cold or flu-like symptoms to stay home from work;
- Providing additional hand sanitizer dispensers around the office and reception area;
- Consistent communications with our personnel regarding information and resources; and
- Cleaning and disinfecting common areas and client conference rooms, and other areas.
Effective March 17, our attorneys and staff will be temporarily working remotely, and we will remain fully operational. Attorneys will have their calls directed to their remote locations. Using remote access and other technology, there will be no disruption in our ability to serve each of you. We will have an even greater emphasis on communication with you during this temporary period. Essential personnel will be physically present in our office each day, as well.
We will work with you to facilitate the proper signing of documents, either in our office or at another location, as necessary.
Our management team continues to regularly monitor announcements and recommendations from the Courts, the Center for Disease Control, the Pennsylvania Department of Health, the Governor’s Office and the World Health Organization. We will continue to provide updates as needed.
Thank you for your patience and understanding during this extraordinary situation. Take good care of yourselves and your families. Please don’t hesitate to contact us with any additional questions.
