Thomas J. McTear, Jr. joined Timoney Knox’s Insurance Industry group as an associate and focuses his practice on insurance and commercial litigation. Tom routinely handles all matters involving insurance litigation including coverage disputes, bad faith cases and the investigation of potential insurance fraud.

Tom’s professional background includes litigating¬†a¬†variety of cases in Pennsylvania and New Jersey for various insurance companies in both subrogation and defense matters. He served as a law clerk to the Honorable Albert J. Cepparulo of the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas.

While earning his law degree, he served as Managing Editor of the Touro International Law Review and graduated Cum Laude from the Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center.
