Michael O’Hara Peale, Jr. has been with the firm since 1971 and served as managing partner until July 2007. He was the head of the firm’s corporate and tax practice and has an extensive background in the formation of corporations and other business entities, and in assisting clients with buying and selling businesses. Mr. Peale also has extensive experience in estate and trust administration.
Mr. Peale holds a political science degree from St. Joseph’s University and earned his law degree from the Temple University School of Law, where he was an editor with the Law Review and wrote for the Temple Law Quarterly. Mr. Peale also received a Master of Laws in Taxation from Temple. He served in the Judge Advocate General’s Corps of the United States Navy and was appointed a military judge.
