Michael E. Yellott is an Associate in the Timoney Knox Insurance Industry Group. Mr. Yellott concentrates his practice on residential and commercial insurance litigation, defending insurers in coverage disputes emphasizing first-party property coverage.

Prior to joining Timoney Knox, Mr. Yellott primarily represented plaintiffs in civil litigation in personal injury matters, contracts disputes, wrongful termination from employment, and civil rights violations against both employers and municipal entities.

Mr. Yellott graduated University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2008 where he served as the Vice President of the Alpha Delta Phi literary society for two years and student board member of the Student Conduct Hearing Board. In 2011, he graduated from American University’s Washington College of Law where he was an editor of the Criminal Law Brief and a student attorney in the general practice clinical program, representing indigent clients in divorce and bankruptcy proceedings.
