Emily K. Christian joined Timoney Knox, LLP as an associate in 2018. She is a member of the Wills, Trusts and Estate group and focuses her practice on estate planning and special needs trusts.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Christian worked as an attorney at a law firm in Philadelphia where she focused her practice on complex commercial litigation, business litigation and trust and estates litigation.

Ms. Christian has a B.A. in Anthropology from Boston University.  She received her Juris Doctor and her Master of Laws in Taxation from Temple University Beasley School of Law.  During her time at Temple Law, she was a staff editor and research editor for the Temple International and Comparative Law Journal and wrote and published an article analyzing the Israeli-Palestinian conflict under international law.    During law school, she interned at the legal department of a large truck leasing company where she handled various contract, real estate, employment and environmental matters.

A Montgomery County native and graduate of the Agnes Irwin School, she now resides in Philadelphia.
