Brian O. Phillips has been selected as a 2017 Pennsylvania Rising Star by Super Lawyers, an honor recognizing excellence in his practice of Insurance Coverage law.  Brian concentrates his practice on the insurance industry. He defends insurers in insurance coverage disputes with a special emphasis on first-party property coverage, litigation and advice.  An experienced litigator, Brian has tried cases in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and has handled more than 20 appeals before the Pennsylvania Superior Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

A former adjunct professor of Business Law at Delaware Valley College in Doylestown, Brian has particular experience in modern trial tactics and support, videography and the presentation of visual evidence.
