Amanda M. Kita joined Timoney Knox as an associate in March 2015. She focuses her practice on the estate planning and administration needs of individuals, families, and business owners, with a focus on Special Needs Trusts.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Kita worked as a law clerk to the Honorable Jay J. Hoberg in the Court of Common Pleas of Lancaster County, Orphans’ Court Division.  Ms. Kita also served as a certified legal intern for the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office and for Legal Aid of Southeastern Pennsylvania.

Ms. Kita is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University, The Dickinson School of Law and was the recipient of the Christian and Mary Graf Scholarship which is awarded to a student who demonstrates high academic achievement in college and earned a superior score on the LSAT.
